Pictures!

So today Aiden and I had some professional pictures taken by my co-worker from the winery, Freida. She owns Bella Inspiration Photography and does such great work! Aiden was a little weary of being out in the open with no shirt on and around so many flowers he could grab onto( and he had just woken up from a nap), so no smiles today.. :( But he did look super cute and I hope to have all the pictures from her by next week!! YAY!!! I will be sure to share all the pictures in case anyone wants to order any or have some printed. Here's a teaser :)

A good day today!! Rolling, rolling, and more rolling!!!

Aiden is rolling....and I.mean.everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I llok down one minute and he's in one place, and 1 minute later....he's all the way across the room! thank God for Ronin (aka The babysitter) to let me know when he gets to the tile in case I'm not looking :) Anyways, Troy worked with uncle Arthur today and we did a little cleaning and few errands. Aiden hates peas by the way :) That's all to report!!!! Thinking of ideas for mother's day.......

Family, fun. and teeth

Well this last month has been a doozy! With Troy's 30th birthday party, Aunt Annie's 60th, Mom's 65th, the giant 3 day garage sale, Troy job hunting and Aiden teething (2 teeth!)and starting to eat REAL food (okay, pureed food :)), it's been quite the whirlwind! Where did April go?!?!?! Anyways.....we have been busy this month getting ready for the BIG party! The backyard looks great, the house is coming along, Aiden's eating is awesome, and I'm overall pretty happy with this situtation...onto the party...
The party tunred out great! With thanks to Aimee, Carol and Henrik and George and Adina for ALL of the help in getting ready for this. We had TONS of food, drink, fun, friends, family, kids playing in the new grass with the water guns, and horseshoes of course!!!! It was a great time, but SO glad it's over ;)
The stress from it was a lot and now we can really focus on Troy finding a new job...and our little boy turning 6 months old !!!!
That's all to report for now! So glad that Aiden finally got to meet his Great Grandpa Filbert even though it wasn't under the best circumstances, but who cares, he still got to meet him and that makes us happy :) Pictures to follow of course ;)

Aiden 5 months & 2 weeks old

I thought Aiden was looking extra cute today, so I took a few pics :) Hope everyone is having a great day!

I'm so sorry I haven't posted in quite some time....we have had a lot of visitors in the past few months and Aiden has been loving all of the attention!!!!! We've also been busy getting ready for Troy's 30th birthday party and doing some new things in the yard. Grandpa George has been helping a lot and it's really been a blessing to have he and Adina so close.

We had a wondeful month in March and a great Easter! Baby Aiden is now 5 months old and 1 week and is growing so fast. He's practicing sitting up by himself and is so active. I'm planning on making my own baby food (got a good book) and have been reading up on what he can/can't have for his first foods. It's really been wonderful getting to stay at home with him while he grows for the first year. I have been working at the winery on the weekends and am still loving it. Troy is looking for a job, but in the meantime, is doing lots of improvements on the house and yard while the weather is still cool .

We are looking forward to seeing everyone for Troy's 30th!!! And he still can't believe how old he is :) Love you all and hope I can post again soon! Here are some pictures to enjoy!

Sooooo....since I don't have "job" and we have so much going on in our new family with new changes and excitement every single day, I thought I'd start a blog with updates and pictures so we can stay in touch with everyone and I don't have to worry about leaving anyone out!
